Infrastructure Up &#8211; Ready to Start"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Tonight is a good night.\u00a0 The past month I have made a ton of progress.\u00a0 Now I actually feel I am ready to start.\u00a0 Here is the status:<\/p>\n<h2>QMS:<\/h2>\n<p>All of the major components are drafted&#8230; at least as much as I feel I need for a 0.1 version of the APP.\u00a0 Thus far I have<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Quality Manual<\/strong> &#8211; A strong draft is complete.\u00a0 I need to audit it, but\u00a0all the sections are there.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Quality Policy<\/strong> &#8211; A\u00a0strong\u00a0draft is complete.\u00a0 Audit required.\u00a0\u00a0I may adjust it as I move forward, but it really is good enough\u00a0for now.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Controlled Document Procedure<\/strong> &#8211;\u00a0A strong draft\u00a0is complete.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Controlled Document Template<\/strong> &#8211; In use<\/li>\n<li><strong>Maser Document List<\/strong>\u00a0&#8211; In use<\/li>\n<li><strong>Content Approval Template<\/strong> &#8211;\u00a0Drafted.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Supplier List<\/strong> &#8211; In use, but the procedure\u00a0has not been drafted.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Design and Development Procedure<\/strong>\u00a0&#8211; Drafted, needs a walkthrough before it is committed.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Project Charter Template<\/strong> &#8211;\u00a0A strong draft is complete.\u00a0 Time to use it.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Project Plan<\/strong> &#8211; A strong\u00a0draft is complete.\u00a0 Time to use it.<\/li>\n<li>.<strong>Customer Requirements and Acceptance Test Template<\/strong> &#8211; A strong\u00a0draft is complete.\u00a0 Time to use it.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Software Design and Development Procedure<\/strong> &#8211; A light draft.\u00a0 I want to walkthrough it with all of the documents listed here to make sure I am OK.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Software Design Template<\/strong> &#8211; A strong draft is complete.\u00a0 Time to use it.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Hazard and Risk Procedure<\/strong> &#8211; The framework is in place, but I am missing some definitions and details.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Hazard and Risk Template<\/strong> &#8211; Drafted.\u00a0 I want to walkthrough it with a project.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2><strong>Infrastructure:<\/strong><\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Website is up.<\/li>\n<li>GitLab is up and workflow entered\n<ul>\n<li>git is functional<\/li>\n<li>Wiki seems to work<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>AWS has had a real disaster recovery incident<\/li>\n<li>Website is registered as Stone Mill Kids<\/li>\n<li>I am using trello to track the project management backlog<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2><strong>\u00a0The App:<\/strong><\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Experimental App is working, and has been given to the kids<\/li>\n<li>Requirements for 0.1 have been chosen (they grew, then went to what they were originally).<\/li>\n<li>External Libraries and pilot projects have been tested and confirmed to work with Android.<\/li>\n<li>Artwork is weak, but there.<\/li>\n<li>Basic Shapes also exist.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2><strong>My Next Steps?<\/strong><\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Use the 0.1 requirements to walk through a complete development cycle.<\/li>\n<li>As this passes each stage, audit the R&amp;D documents and add any missing information<\/li>\n<li>Once all of the R&amp;D work is done, audit the non-R&amp;D templates.<\/li>\n<li>Audit the remaining\u00a0Polices and Procedures that have been drafted such that they are ready to be committed.<\/li>\n<li>Repeat the process with 0.2 requirements (features TBD) filling in any remaining R&amp;D items (such as a design transfer)<\/li>\n<li>Do a GAP analysis on the QMS and come up with a QMS project plan to complete the efforts.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2><strong>Basic Requirements:<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>As a reminder, the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.stonemillkids.com\/?p=21\"><u><span style=\"color: #0066cc;\">requirements <\/span><\/u><\/a>for 0.1 are as follows:<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">1)\u00a0Touch the screen and a shape appears.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">2) Hold your finger on the screen and the shape grows<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">3) Press the screen again, and repeat, to add as many shapes as you want.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">4) Press an existing Shape to have it &#8220;pop&#8221;
